I joined this incredible team in November 2024 during its early days, and it’s been an inspiring journey ever since.
I am deeply passionate about fostering equality and independence in all aspects of life. Working alongside a team that shares this belief is both rewarding and motivating. With twenty years of experience as a nurse, I’ve dedicated my career to Assisted Living, Gerontology, and Home Care—fields that have allowed me to advocate for dignity and quality of life for countless individuals.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, exploring the beauty of Nova Scotia, discovering new adventures, and traveling. At home, I’m the proud mum of a teenager, wife to an amazing husband, a loyal companion to our dog, and, as most cat owners will understand, a “tolerated human” to our feline friend.
My philosophy on community is simple yet profound: our community thrives when we celebrate our differences and unite around inclusivity, compassion, and collaboration. By embracing our unique perspectives and experiences, we can build a space where everyone feels valued, independence is respected, and diversity is not just welcomed—it’s celebrated.
Let’s work together to create a community where everyone belongs.
I have been working with the Precision Health group of companies including Colonial Homes, and now our LifeTime Home Solutions division for 10 years. I bring over 30 years of operational experience across a variety of business entities, with property and healthcare being my primary focus.
People first is the management model we abide by and one that has been with me since the start of my career. Whether it’s patients, clients or employees, people centered services and management has been my priority. Supportive collaboration always creates the greatest success.
I look forward to assisting in any capacity possible in creating both a home and lifestyle that suits the individual needs of those who come to us to access the professional support they deserve.
I have been with Precision Health Group and it’s associated companies, for the past 15 years steering all healthcare endeavors in a financially forward direction. Since graduating from Laurentian University with a degree in Finance, I have held leadership roles in some of Canada’s most significant companies.
It has been my pleasure to be a part of this group of Maritimers working hard to bring positive change to the health and well being of our fellow Nova Scotians and beyond.
Hi, I’m Chris Forrest, Operations Manager for Colonial Community services. I have been a member of this Organization for 32 years. I’ve done a number of different Jobs with this great company and have enjoyed everyone.
I’m a very friendly hands-on individual that enjoys helping people who may need assistance or help in achieving their goals and dreams and look forward to working with “Lifetime Homes solutions” along with Family, friends and clients, to make their community transition a success. When I’m not working or at the gym, I love spending time with my 4 boys, 1 daughter and my grandson and our family dog. I love sports and have enjoyed traveling around to all my kids sports over the years and meeting new people every where.
I look Forward to this new direction that our government has implemented to assist people to grow and prosper in a community setting of their choosing.
My name is Michelle White, and I have been with Colonial Community Services since 1998. I started as a part-time administrative staff member and moved into a full-time role after earning my Commerce degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from St. Mary’s University in 2003.
Over the years, I have taken on various roles within the organization, always striving to be a positive influence on staff, clients, and external partners. I am passionate about fostering change and developing strategies that drive progress in the industry. Our team embraces change in the sector, taking pride in guiding participants through challenges and setting them up for success.
Outside of work, I am a devoted wife and mother of three. I love being an active parent, watching my children grow, and supporting their interests in basketball, dance, and football. As a family, we also love to travel, always looking for new opportunities to explore and learn about the world together.
Hi, I’m Sherry, and have been with Precision Health Limited for the past 15 years. I work at the head office and being a part of a network of professionals, I admire the work we have done. I have worn many hats over the years as our business(s) have grown and evolved into some of the most supportive and compassionate places of care I know. In the past, I have owned my own business, been part of start-up business and just been a general worker bee since I was young. I bring to the table a variety of strengths, a scoop of comedy, with a side of wit.
I love nothing more than to make someone laugh and to share a good meal. Being a mother to four, I have learned the art of spending money wisely and to enjoy life’s great moments. I foster a nurturing environment for anyone who is at my home. I saw a lovely passage that was clearly a remarkable person. It read: “There are some in this world that their light is so bright that when they are gone, the light remains.” I believe giving every person a chance to shine is important. Much like the goal for Lifetime Home Solutions, life skills are only a component to living on your own. Everyone needs to take pride in what and who they are. If they waiver in any of these areas, it is our job and focus to lend a helping hand.
Hi, I’m Becca! I recently joined LifeTime Home Solutions, and I’m excited to be part of a team that genuinely values compassion, inclusion, and personalized care — all things that have always been important to me.
I come from a background in healthcare administration, customer service, and human resources, and I’ve always been driven by work that supports people. I studied Psychology at Queen’s University and later expanded my education into business and HR because I’ve always been passionate about understanding people and helping them feel supported.
Outside of work, I’m a full-time dog mom, and when I’m not reading, I’m usually spending time with him or with my partner. They’re my favorite part of my downtime.
I’m grateful to be here at LifeTime Home Solutions and to contribute to a workplace where choice, dignity, and meaningful support guide everything we do.
